“I remember living in a Hanok house with a tiled roof and a spacious courtyard when I was a child. Playing in a yard full of beautiful flowers and fruit trees that change colors with the seasons made me happy. But I was living in the city when one day, by chance, I saw a house with a pretty courtyard at the Hanok Village. It immediately took me back to my childhood memories. From that day onwards, I told myself I was going to spend the rest of my life inside that house. That’s how Yard Pretty House came to be.” The place I channeled the lion’s share of my attention at the Yard Pretty House was the courtyard. Visitors can see the pretty yard from any room at the Yard Pretty House, which is why I named it the “Yard Pretty House” in the first place. As the name suggests, the beautiful view of the courtyard is our biggest attraction. At Yard Pretty House, we always treat our guests with kindness to deliver a comfortable and happy experience. My hope is to offer visitors happy memories that last for a lifetime throughout their stay at the Yard Pretty House.
