When retirement is just around the corner, I thought it would be good to mingle with people in a livable town having clean air. As soon as I got to Jeonju Hanok Village, I was dazzled by Hanok (traditional Korean house). I wanted to start my second life in Jeonju as a host.
There are numerous guesthouses in Jeonju Hanok Village. I believe guests and I are a match made in heaven. I hope to paint beautiful scenery along with them. ‘Haneul’ means ‘sky’ or ‘heaven,’ and ‘punggyeong’ means ‘scenery’ in Korean.
I cherish the relationships with everyone who stays here. I remember each of them. I am so glad to greet frequent visitors. I also exchange letters with some of them.
You are always welcome. Like a mom or an aunt, I will treat you affectionately and cordially.
