I went all over the country to find quality red clay, which is believed to ensure a refreshing stay. ‘Hwangto’ means ‘red clay’ in Korean. Cypress is known to improve air quality. Because there are no other buildings around the guesthouse, the wind blows from all directions. Even in the summer, it is not hot here. As soon as you step in the entrance, you will enjoy the smell of wood and clay, which a gentle breeze spreads, and the elegance of Hanok (traditional Korean house). I built my dream house.
