I like to spend time talking to people in a relaxed atmosphere. Besides, as my love for Jeonju is big, I decided to dive into a guesthouse business.
Near the guesthouse, there is a Yeolliji, conjoined trees. Inspired by these, I chose the name ‘Sarang Namu,’ which means ‘tree of love.’
A 70-year-old-house was rebuilt in traditional manners; existing materials, clay, and bamboo were used. The Hanok (traditional Korean house) residence, which includes Anchae, Byeolchae, and Sarangchae, forms a square with a courtyard in the middle. The courtyard, where crape myrtles, camellias, and royal azaleas grow, can be seen from every room through large windows.
Enjoy a stunning view unfolded in all four seasons and rejuvenate your body and mind at Sarang Namu.
